What is 3D printing?

3D printing is known as additive manufacturing. The concept of 3D printing is simple, you just imagine the baker makes the cake layer by layer till the entire cake is ready. 3D printing is also similar to baking but with the assistance of 3D printer. View our range of 3D printers and start making object.

I am not sure which product suits me?

Both our Mankati Fullscale XT Plus and Doogell Sirius are one of the best printer in the current market. We are more than happy to provide a non-obligation consultation for you on which product best suits your need if you are unsure which product to start with. What is the cost of 3D printing?

The cost of 3D printing is mainly depends on the amount of material need to be used to print the part. For example, you can print an Iphone 6 case for $0.7 with our range of ABS or PLA filament.  

How hard to setup the 3D printer?

The setup is very simple as all of our 3D printers are plug & play and tested by the manufacturer. User only need about 15 minutes to screw some parts or level the bed and ready to print. Please contact us directly if you have any problems.

What kind of plastic filament can be used?

All of our 3D printers* can use ABS and PLA filament to print parts. Please check the optimum extruding temperature if you wish to use different type of filament.

* - Mankati Fullscale XT Plus (300˚C max), Doogell Sirius (250˚C max)

How can I get printable models?

There are two ways of getting models. First and the easiest way is to download from online platform such as Thingiverse which you can find ready-made models that suits your requirement. Alternatively, you can build your own models by using computer aided design (CAD) software such as Sketchup, Tinkercad, 123D design, Inventor Fusion, Blender and so on.  

Order Status

When will my order ship?

Under normal circumstances, we will ship your order within 1 (one) to 3 (three) business days once the payment is received. A notification email will be sent to you once we have dispatched your order. A tracking number will be provided if available. For the pre-order item, we will require 7 (seven) to 14 (fourteen) business days to ship your order due to overloading processing work which need to be carried out.

When will my order arrive?

Your item(s)* will generally arrive within 5 (five) to 7 (seven) business days with road express service and 1 (one) to 3 (three) business days with overnight express service. You can check the delivery status with the tracking number (if applicable). With pre-order item(s), we will advise the expected arrival time once we have confirmation from supplier.

How can I pay?

You can process the payment in the checkout page through PayPal or Bank Transfer.

Paypal
You will be prompted to Paypal page where you login to your PayPal account to make payment.

Bank Transfer
You will be given our bank account details and an order number. We will secure the item(s) and please kindly make payment within 3(three) business days. Please contact us directly if you have questions with the payment.

How if my invoice is incorrect?

Please do not make any payment and contact us immediately if you think that there is any incorrect information in the invoice.

Why there is no Goods and Services Tax (GST)?

Simple. Infinity 3D Printing is a newly Australian owned company which has turnover less than $75,000. Hence, our price is more competitive than others.

Shipping

Can you ship to me?

We can ship nationwide in Australia via our shipping carrier. If you are buying our products overseas, please contact us first before placing order so that we can find the most cost effective way to ship to you.

How much is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost is depends on location. You will get an estimated value once you enter your shipping information in the checkout page.

Warranty & Returns

Is there warranty to my 3D printer?

Yes, of course. Our 3D printers come with manufacturer warranty* from the date of purchase. Having said that, both manufacturers test and run every single 3D printer before shipping to us. Shall you run into any minor problems, you can contact us for support or warranty services at no cost**. With major problems, Infinity 3D Printing will try our best to resolve your issues locally in Australia***.

* - Mankati will provide warranty for the first 6 months at no cost. From 6 to 12 months, Mankati will cover only the replacement parts and customer need to cover the shipping cost. Doogell will provide warranty for 12 months for any replacement parts at no cost
** - Please make a booking with Infinity 3D Printing for support or warranty services
*** - Infinity 3D Printing will repair or replace your 3D printer upon returning back to us at our own cost provided if within warranty

What is your policy on Refunds and Exchanges?

Refunds or Exchanges must be requested within 3 (three) business days upon placing your order. Please note that you have to be reliable for the returned shipping cost if your order has been dispatched if you wish to return, exchange or cancel your order and provided the product needs to be in mint and saleable condition on its return before refund is made. We must remind you that if you do not package the item correctly then it could result in arriving in a damaged state and no refund will be due. Once item(s) being inspected and in a saleable condition, we will process a refund.

If any item(s) delivered are faulty or incorrect you need to contact us within 3 (three) business days of receiving the goods. The fault will be evaluated based on information provided by you and we will repair at our cost or provide a refund. If a product needs verification by the manufacturer, an exchange or refund will not be given until the product has been evaluated. 

Unless it is a result of our error, or the goods are faulty or incomplete on arrival, you are reliable for the costs of returning goods to us. You are liable for any damage to, use of, or loss of, the goods until the goods are received by us.
